Heat Treatment
The various heat treatment processes for normalization, annealing, quenching, hardening-tempering, carburising, nitriding etc. can all be provided from our heat treatment facilities. In addition we can also provide differential and vertical heat treatment for rotating components.
Our facilities include different types of furnace (car-type, vertical heating, nitriding, gas carburisation), medium frequency induction quenching machine, water and oil baths, water spray quenching machines. All electric furnaces for heat treatment are PLC controlled.
