demande croissante en mati\u00e8re de diagnostics du rotor et de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie, nous avons con\u00e7u une solution robuste et peu co\u00fbteuse pour d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9fauts de terre du rotor entre le rotor et le champ des machines synchrones.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6662f3e elementor-widget-divider--view-line class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le dispositif utilise une unit\u00e9 \u00e9mettrice robuste moul\u00e9e en \u00e9poxy, mont\u00e9e sur l&#8217;arbre du rotor au niveau du pont de diodes, o\u00f9 elle re\u00e7oit son alimentation \u00e0 partir de la tension de champ et mesure en continu les courants de fuite entre le champ et la terre. Pendant cette \u00e9tape, un signal est envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;unit\u00e9 PT (mont\u00e9e sur le cadre de fin) pour indiquer une tension de rotor suffisante et un fonctionnement sain. En cas de d\u00e9faillance de l&#8217;isolation du rotor, un signal modul\u00e9 est envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;unit\u00e9 PT mont\u00e9e sur le cadre et une alarme est activ\u00e9e sur l&#8217;unit\u00e9 r\u00e9ceptrice.<\/p><p>L&#8217;unit\u00e9 r\u00e9ceptrice peut \u00eatre mont\u00e9e n&#8217;importe o\u00f9 sur la machine ou \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur d&#8217;un panneau de commande. Trois sorties sont disponibles pour indiquer l&#8217;alimentation de l&#8217;unit\u00e9 r\u00e9ceptrice, l&#8217;alimentation de l&#8217;unit\u00e9 \u00e9mettrice et une alarme de d\u00e9faut de terre du rotor.<\/p><p>Le d\u00e9tecteur de d\u00e9faut de terre du rotor est con\u00e7u pour l&#8217;IP66 et peut fonctionner dans les zones dangereuses Zone 1 et Zone 2.
